Highlighted parameters are used for variety of purposes - some of those on the screenshot are used in message encryption scenario, another - in message signing scenario.
- Parameters ownPrivateKey and pwdOwnPrivateKey are used in message signing scenario;
- Parameter partnerPublicKey is used in message encryption scenario.
From your first post I understood requirement is no encrypt/decrypt messages, not to sign them / verify signature. If so, have a look at parameters description at Configuring the Encryption PGP Module - SAP Process Integration, secure connectivity add-on Configuration - SAP Library and check those relevant for encryption scenario.
