I did this and it works:

2 options, after of correct executing of FM 'PRELIMINARY_POSTING_FB01':

GET PARAMETER ID 'BLN' FIELD LV_BELNR.

Or

GET PARAMETER ID 'BLP' FIELD LV_BELNR.

The declaration was:

DATA: lv_belnr type bkpf-belnr.

I will use it with a external system, i don't know if i will have problems with the information message where appears the document number.
