The fitment of the basic pay starts from 30 to until 90., No uniformity seems at any case...as the rapid growing industry HR people just runned the show.. until now, Now they wants to implement SAP HCM.

Ok, fine if there are 50 or 100 sets of allowance, like Basic Hra, without any uniformity,,

please give me a clarity of my questions  proposed in terms of configuration.... Request.
