As per your suggested,Have collect the UWL (

• com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl
• com.sap.portal.connectors.R3)

traces.

Below is result:-

Finished getItems for Connector <WebFlowConnector> and system <systemR3> and UWL user <USER.PRIVATE_DATASOURCE.un:user ID> total items returned: 32.

weaver.bc.uwl.core.ItemCacheManager  Number of items before filtering on itemType:uwl.task is32

weaver.bc.uwl.core.ItemCacheManager  Number of items after filtering on itemType:uwl.task is32

weaver.bc.uwl.core.ItemCacheManager  Handling caching for uwl.task took time :<58>msecs.

weaver.bc.uwl.core.ItemCacheManager  After caching <32> items are left.

weaver.bc.uwl.core.ItemCacheManager  InternalGetItems returns for uwl.task <32> Items.

weaver.bc.uwl.core.ItemCacheManager Size of connector system status collection: 2

weaver.bc.uwl.core.ItemCacheManager  Number of items before filtering: 32

weaver.bc.uwl.core.ItemCacheManager  Number of items after filtering: 32

weaver.bc.uwl.core.ItemCacheManager  Restricting numberof items to: 10

weaver.bc.uwl.core.ItemCacheManager  internalApplyFilterAndQP :<0>msecs.

weaver.bc.uwl.core.ItemCacheManager *** Total Items returned : 10

Now regarding what I 've earlier mentioned:

Old task means- Old leave ,time application..etc..which log back have developed this application,It's working fine(Work item is comeing for all users)

other task- Newly application have created for workflow which task is not comeing in UWL.
