Thanks for your help.
I completed the migration and was on holiday, I used RS migrate tool to migrate the DS, IS and the transformation for 2 transformations and migrated the rest of the transformations manually.

I took the help of ABAPER to fix the code and the work in development is completed. we are moving it to quality.
