Many thanks for your valuable suggestion. I was accessing and configuring this program on the Citrix Server (meant for education purpose) and that's been refreshed. So, there's no data that I can access now.
But, as far as I remember I had enabled the Prorata Quota Calculation in the Accrual entitlement in the table V_T559L.
Still it error-ed out.
Will configure again and post the results.
