1. you can create your workflow from SWDD.
2. Search the relevant BOR object for this tcode.
3. Use the create event in that BOR in your start conditions of the workflow (HAT symbol-basic data ).
4. your workflow will trigger when your document is saved. After the doc is saved, a mail should be sent to departmental or positional head. you can use a send mail step here.

5. add a condition if the doc is released or not.
6. If released, you can use a FORK for CXO level owner approvals.
