Implications of a "Restricted" incident or investigation in EHSM 6.0

I am a HSE subject matter expert asked to provided support on an EHSM implementation.  I understand that only roles with authorization to view restricted incidents or investigations have the capability to restrict an incident or investigation.  However, other questions about "restricted" status remain unanswered.  I hope that someone here can provide guidance.

When Analytical Summary Reports are run, is a restricted incident included in the count of incidents as if it were unrestricted?

Assuming that restricted incidents are not included in analytical reports that list individual incident details, if the person generating the report has the authority to view restricted incidents does that mean the restricted incident will be included in the report?

Is there a separate authority to restrict the ability to view details about people in an incident? Is it separate from the authority to view or edit an incident?

If reports are generated which list individuals, how are names kept out of detailed reports where there is a privacy issue? (e.g., can be kept out of a report for some incidents and not others or is it an "all or nothing") capability?

Thanks.  I appreciate any support.

Robyn
