If the dashboard is very complex with huge data set,mappings,formulae and connections thers comes a point where we are no more able to save the dashbord to the platform as flash cannot be generated due to its complexity.Try to delete some part of dashboard and if you are able to save it to platform that means this issue is because of its complexity.For this the only option is to break the dashboard into multiple dashboards or optimize it.This issue is because of limitation of the flash.
