Exit/BADI/Enhancement spots for IW32

Hello All,

My Requirement is to update the Equipment field of Order (IW32) when the Equipment field in Notification (IW52) is updated.

I implemented the Badi NOTIF_EVENT_SAVE to achieve this. but when I navigate from Order to Notification (IW32 -> Notification) and update the equipment. data is saved but at the end gives the error that Order XXXX is locked.

Is there any exit, badi, or implicit enhancement where I can achieve my desired outcome?
