Did you activate the exit in SMOD? Go to transaction SMOD --> F8 --> Activate(Ctrl+F3)
If you don't get anything even after activation, then try with BADI "MEAS_CUST_FIELDS_FILL".
If you can look at the source code below. There is a BADI which is similar to exit "IMRC0001".
