To make this field display you need to go for master data enhancement since it's also not available in screen layout options for customers in IMG. Use BADI CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA_CS or CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA to add required field. You need to use methods as SET_DATA, GET_DATA and GET_TAXI_SCREEN for this.
