SAP C4C - for a outsider perspective

Hello All,

I am SAP MII consultant for 4 years now,with basic knowledge of ABAP and PI.

I was curious about :-

1.prospects(good and bad both) of SAP C4C 

2.how closely related to CRM it is or the difference

3.not having CRM knowledge,would be a hinder to learn C4C?

4.Can somebody share some study links or materials for beginner

to learn from scratch

I am just trying to evaluate the module scope,ease/difficulty level of learning and

most important whether should consider moving from SAP MII to C4C or not

P.S- i already read few post on it but i had my queries,hence created this post.
