Re: Irrelevant Ticket Indicator ?

Hello Again,

 

I have continued investigations and seems that if a ticket is Set as Irrelevant the Ticket Classification is updated to "Not Relevant". I can see Ticket Classification as a characteristic available for Reporting in Business Analytics but I am not able to locate Ticket Classification information in Business Object metadata.

 

Do someone knows how to extract Ticket Classification information?
