Problems with vertical scrolling in Table Controls

Hello i tried to program a table control, but my vertical scrolling doesn't work.

Here's my coding

PROCESS BEFORE OUTPUT.

   MODULE user_status_0800.

   LOOP AT when_itab INTO fieldWITH CONTROL mycontrol.

     MODULE x.

     MODULE y.

*    CURSOR mycontrol.

   ENDLOOP.

In the Screen Painter all properties and settings are done. What is wrong with my coding?
