Handling Unit creation with External number range assignment

Hi All,

Need a quick configuration steps for Handling Unit creation with External number assignment without Warehouse Management.

My client wants to implement SAP Barcode solution for finished products.

I am planning to go with Handling Unit and assign External number for it to fulfill the requirement. While doing Plant to Plant receipt with 301 movement, I need this HU to be created with external number which i am assigning.

Can anybody provide Configuration steps and the solution for the same urgently.
