The note in which this correction will be delivered is 2317606 - ACA: Ale members are being duplicated on 1094-C.
In addition, as Margaret mentioned earlier in the thread [Re: Affordable Care Act (ACA)] the SAP note 2060131 has up-to-date information on the ACA planned delivery roadmap and notes to be applied (mandatory vs. optional) based on your system and reporting requirements.
