Please check below point:

1. It seems that error comes from solution layer YH5***, not from the Layer_Cust

Are you using Technical user(SDK user)? Then create a business user and assign all relevant work centers.

2. Check your OWL have you assigned your BOs for RBAM-AccessControledBusinessObject

3. Check the others authorizations and compare with yours.
