Hi,
We are going to install the last version of SAP BO 4.2 into Solaris 10 plattform, the installation guide have the requirements for Solaris 11 but not for Solaris 10.
In our particular case, we have doubts about the soft partitions because "the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform cannot be installed onto Solaris machine that is configured with Soft Partitions", acording to this, we have two questions:
1) This restriction applies to Solaris 10?
2) The term "Soft Partitions" is refering to the Solaris "zones"?
