Matrix Arrow Key not working

Hi All,

  In My add on Application , I am using Matrix Control. Up or Down arrow key not working . I also set EnableArrowKey is true.

Matrix Property

Enable  = True

Matrix Col:

   All Columns is not editable mode.

How can i solve this issue?
