Production support project

Hi All,

With all your support I successfully completed my first BO report development and looking forward for documentation & unit testing.

Now along with the development project, I'm going to start my work on production support project.

So apart of this I'm going to take the transition from 27th June on wards.

Kindly let me know,what are the queries which I need to raise while taking the transition from BO perspective.

Please share the link which completely describes the production support issues from BO perspective.

Note : Production support for all the tools ( IDT,Web I ,Dashboard,Crsytal,Lumira and Design Studio) in BO.
