Re: Data package getting struck/ failing every week

Hi,

Used to get these type of errors because of unavailability of Process in system (i.e., Background jobs etc.)

Solution 1:

Change the Option:

1) In PROCESSING TAB of Infopackage choose 3rd one (i.e., Only PSA ---> update subsequent Target).

2) Select the Particular Target in DATA TARGET TAB which you want to load data.

3) In Process Chain add Extra Processing Type after Infopackage.

Solution 2:

If you get same error after applying the Solution1.

1) Reduce the Data package size in info package .

2) Apply Solution 1.
