Before I forget: you should be aware that a productive HANA instance like the one in your starter edition is used differently than the HANA offering in the Trial.
In such a productive instance you can't create additional schemas in the HCP Cockpit. Instead you can get a HANA user in the cockpit which allows you to log on to the system and create database users yourself, which you can then use for XS development or to create bindings to your Java applications.

But in that case you should see a pre-configured schema/database for your productive instance in the cockpit. If this isn't there, something probably went wrong during the account creation (which brings us back to a ticket).
