Hi Harie,
This issue was resolved following the incident being logged as a SAP Component issue for xx-part-anc-spp. The problem was that after configuring the SAP Productivity Pak/ANCILE uPerform server to HTTPS, the protocol kept redirecting from HTTPS back to HTTP.
In the end the issue was resolved with assistance from your own internal IT team by disabling the HTTP to HTTPS redirection in reverse proxy.
