Dear Lalas,

The mentioned bdoc error is normally caused by that the adapter for uploading sales documents is not called which should call the CRM_R3_SALESDOCUMENT_UPLOAD function module.

So first, please check if the badi implementation CRM_SALESDOCU_R3A is activated in transaction SE19.

If this could not help, please refer to the KBA 1528428 step 4 for the further checking.
