Try the below way

1.  Check SAP Folder is in Read Only Mode  if it is provide full Rights to that folder.

2.  Check Windows firewall is On. (If it is on Switch Off the Firewall)

3.  Check any antivirus block the SAP Folder.  (If blocking add the SAP Folder in Exception rule)
