Hi Surjeet,
There is no number range for Hierarchy ID, you need to define your own Hierarchy ID in the template. Under Hierarchies tab, define the unique Heirarchy ID (I usually use the format H<parent account id>), under Accounts tab use this ID for each group of accounts.
