need some help.
Is there a way that I can retrieve category changes on level1. I need to write a report, that will show me the category level 1 value when the incident has been created, as well as the current category level 1 (could have been changed after date/time of call logged).
We have a lot of incidents where a call is logged under a wrong categories level, and then afterword the category level1 is changed to correct item. We need to report on calls logged usining wrong category at initial time of call logging process.
