We have discovered another issue. We have two people we are using for testing. They both have the same employee status, same employee group and employee sub-group. They have the same benefit grouping and the same medical plan and pay the same costs. They do the same job only one is in Missouri and the other is in California. And yet, they are getting different results for line 14 as shown in the HRBENUS_DADDTA table below:
How could everything about these two folks be the same and the code come up with two different values for Line 14? They are practically identical individuals. And if they are both enrolled in a defined medical plan and paying the employee costs, how is one showing as not being offered a plan? Very confusing.
Has anyone else noticed a similar situation?
Any enlightenment would be appreciated.
