In standard, no, there is not. Shipments are meant to be a logical grouping of deliveries based on things like route, delivery date and often same ship-to party.
Process wise shipments are not created for deliveries from different route and different shipping condition and then later split apart, they are created and logical grouping is used when adding the deliveries to the appropriate shipments. Adding deliveries with no logical grouping and later splitting them into different shipments serves no logical purpose.
