As a follow-up to my previous comment, here's an example of what I mean for mapping cities. I found this cities.geojson file which marks world cities, as can be seen in geojson.io below:

If you can find (or create) a similar file where the city property values in the geoJSON correspond to the 0CITY values in your BW system, then you can map cities with a single such geoJSON file without needing to enhance your BW data model with latitude and longitude.
