Is there a report to manually unlock incident that were locked through the WebUI?

Good day:

 

We know that the RfC or in the Problem there is an assignment block Related Incidents which has buttons to lock/unlock related incidents.

 

 

Does anyone know if there is a program that could unlock the incidents from an RfC different than through the WebU?

 

We have an issue as that assignment block is no longer active in Production, and we urgently need to unlock some incidents that were locked prior that assignment block removal from the Business Roles.
